This is the program that was used to create the daily boat schedules.
It was written in Perl 4.0.1, and requires the data file
``boatdata.txt'' to run. ``Boatdata.txt'' is a comma-delimited file
containing the following items for each boat in the boat census
database: boat class, aerial-id, boat-id, boat draft, and
trafficshed number.
