Seagrass.

Seagrass for the Manatee County portion of the bay was obtained from a SWFWMD land use/land cover (LULC) Arc/INFO coverage. Seagrass for the Sarasota County portion was interpreted by Antonini and Box (1996) from 1991 false color photography at 1:24,000 scale and digitized in an Arc/INFO polygon coverage.
